Cat in the Hat Pancakes!

We had a fun breakfast yesterday morning that would be a great way to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday...or just because! :)

Cat in the Hat Pancakes!!

Yes I know....these are like the millionth pancakes I have made with strawberries and whip cream...but when something works, it works!! :)

All you need to make your own pancakes are a condiment bottle filled with pancake batter, a bunch of sliced strawberries, and some whipped cream.

Once you have sprayed your griddle and it is nice and warm, just use the condiment bottle to freehand a hat shape.

Once your pancakes are cooked and cooled all you do is alternate rows of strawberries and cool whip, until you get these cute Cat in the Hat pancakes!

Britton was so excited he couldn't wait for me to quit taking pics to take a taste :)

Have a wonderful day everyone!! :)

Whatever Dee-Dee wants

What a fun idea! My niece was just asking me if we could have a Dr. Seuss party to celebrate his birthday. This would be perfect.

Love Sweet Love

Oh how stinkin' fun is that?!?! One of these years I really need to REMEMBER that it's Dr. Seuss's birthday at the end of Feb. so I can do something fun to celebrate! EVERY year I forget until I see someone post something cute that they've done for it and I think, "Shoot! there it goes again..." Ha Ha-love it!

And a condiment bottle for pancakes...duh! I have like 3 empty ones just sittin' it a drawer takin' up space, thanks for the great idea!

ALSO, I just love (like seriously borderline coveting going on here) your FHE ideas! You are just so talented in coming up with ways to make the gospel exciting and fun with a tender, spiritual touch. I think I cry almost everytime I read one of your FHE post cause I can just feel your love for the gospel and your family through your writing and it's so inspiring. You should seriously think about starting a blog just for all your FHE ideas...you know, with ALL that extra time you have. :)
